SHIPPING INFO
Domestic Shipments: All shipments within the US are at no extra cost.
International Shipments: A flat rate of $12 plus any local duties and fees applies to all international shipments.
Processing Time: All Aveta pieces are made to order in our New York studio. If the piece you ordered is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods:
Most items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Domestic shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped.
International shipments typically arrive within 14-21 business days once shipped.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email with the number, please contact us at hello@avetastudio.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that items arrive damaged or do not fit properly, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns:
Contact us for a return label.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping and subject to a restocking fee.
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Repairs
We are committed to ensuring the longevity of our jewelry. We offer servicing and repairs for any Aveta Studio jewelry purchased either online or at markets.
Repair Process:
Estimates: Repair estimates will be provided before a shipping label is issued.
Shipping Fee: Repairs are subject to a $10 shipping fee.
